What is AOSP?

AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.

Anyway to get a working system I added some changes from CodeAurora Forum and CyanogenMod. I added also 3 non-AOSP features for a better user experience (Advanced Reboot, "Clear All" button in Recents and an option to delete screenshots from the notification area) and I'm NOT going to add something other.



What is RRO?

RRO (Runtime Resource Overlay) which was designed by google and its modded by our developers to include it into AOSP ROMs.In short,RRO is a Theme Engine replacement and it can do wonders!

How can I install it?

-Requires Unlocked Bootloader & a custom recovery

1) Place ROM & Gapps in your virtual SD

2) Reboot in Bootloader Mode

3) Go to "Recovery" (Vol -) and confirm (Vol +)

4) Wipe Data/Factory Reset

5) Wipe Dalvik cache

6) Install the ROM zip

7) Install the Gapps zip

8) Reboot

You can not have otg support for Moto E due to hardware limitations, I think this is a copy of Moto G thread so that feature appears

I saw that on Moto G 2014 forum, seems interesting, gonna try it.

I'm having problems with playstore, "Check your connection, Try again." and "-505" errors... i installed gapps again, reflashed it, wiped, no solution

is anyone having this problem too?

Which Gapps? Looks like gapps issue, (altough i not tried this rom yet)

You don't have to download different gapps for different roms, flash gapps what you have now, it will work. ...

Is this ROM completely bug free? Has anybody tried yet? The other AOSP for condor by percy has bugs and there are uncountable force crashes almost everywhere. What about this one?

I think you should change your gapps, most of the errors occur due to improper gapps. I'm using AICP with pagapps-pico-uni, without any FCs.

Wow, that sounds great. Have you used percy's AOSP? Did you face any FC? I faced lots of FCs in system settings especially where we can set up wifi hotspot-- that page, etc

That's rom related, Gapps nothing to do with that
