Installation
Requires Unlocked Bootloader & a custom recovery
  • Place ROM & Gapps in your virtual SD
  • Reboot in Bootloader Mode
  • Go to "Recovery" (Vol +/Vol -) and confirm (power)
  • Wipe Data/Factory Reset
  • Wipe Dalvik cache
  • Install the ROM zip
  • DO NOT REBOOT
  • Install the Gapps zip
  • Reboot

That was crazy fast. I was getting bummed out because I was just getting ready to install CM for the first time on two different devices that are no longer supported by Google, but stopped short because I didn't want to install something that was going to be instantly unsupported. This is great news.

You may want to update this rom from a last cm14.1, can run very well, however, from cm13 will be better and advisable a clean installation.

What is the importance of using this rom instead of last CM14.1?
Because of updates to the sources and the fact of corrections too, as you can see in github/lineageos, la has the corrections made and continuous updates.
