Here I go again for the Motorola Milestone community. I present to you UltimateICS for Milestone. Based on CM9 and ICS 4.0.3.
I added some features by cherry-pick and cooking applications separately.

Features:

Android ICS 4.0.3 and CM9 as the base.
Slim, fast and light.

SMS:
Make notifications consistent with Gapps'
Display contact name if available in delivery report notifications.

Clock:
Added a setting to do nothing/snooze/dismiss an alarm by flipping the device.

Browser:
Extended quick controls like tablets on phone.

Contacts:
Update t9 dialer on contact info change.

Phone:
Add end call button to notification curtain.
Added option to:
Landscape while in call.
Acces statusbar while in call.
LightsOut while in call.
*New options are in settings menu of phone.apk. May require a reboot after changes.*
Added option to exit straight to homescreen.
Disable accelerometer sensor while in-call and screen UI is off.

Miscellaneous:
Added ApexLauncher and removed Trebuchet.
Added CM music player.
Replaced sounds with sounds from AOSP and GNexus.
Removed bootanimation for faster boot and more of the free space.
Removed applications/apk's:
live wallpapers.
setup wizard.
genie widget.
quick search widget.
phone portal.
market updater.
etc
Added some tweaks for performance and battery life.
Little bit more of free ram.
Lots of space available for applications.
Many other things which I might have forgotten, please flash and see by yourself.

Edit: During install, through OpenRecovery I got an error message. I rebooted though and everything seems to work properly. I have Android 2.3.2 installed in my Milestone.

data restore works but i dont see gmail or facebook i flashed the new google apps for cm7 what is the problem???

ok installed gmail and facebook from market but they just fc everytime i try help pls ok i did a full wipe and flashed new gapps its downloading everthing from the market ..after gunna reboot and try data restore again

many problems with this release.

-sluggish performance, doesn't feel as snappy as previous release
-no g-apps support (applying the CM g-apps pack doesn't work, neither does the CM6 g-apps)
-trouble connecting to wi-fi and to my home network (telus) with multiple ril types
-applying themes creates a boot loop
-colours of wifi and radio are inconsistent (sometimes grey, sometimes green)
- gingerbread effects work sometimes (orange gradient on scrolling screens works sometimes.. trying to figure out circumstance.. the "old TV turn off" animation is sometimes cut off, or holds too long)
- General stability and compatibility issues (MANY force closes on launcher pro and market, facebook, gmail and maps refuse to download)

I'm back to 1.0.3 for now, but I'm going to watch these releases like a hawk.

I'd love to see a built in updater (like the one found in the Oxygen mod for the HTC Desire)

Keep up the great work, I'm sure I speak for more than just myself when I say THANKS FOR YOUR EFFORT!!!!

i was intrigued by ur changelog which says Multitouch 4. AFAIK the new moto kernel don't support more than 2 touchpoints. Did u use an older kernel version?

Great job. Very smooth for me too. I didn't encounter any of the problems reported by thenotdone. I did a full wipe, btw.

Nope it doesn't have. The best way to test is to download an app called multitouch tester from the market. The Nov kernel and the old got 2.2.1. release kernel had 4pt multitouch.

- No problem with Google Apps. Installed the package for CM7 after I wiped Dalvik/Cache and everything works fine.
- No problem with my WiFi Network
- Very stable since last night, I only get Force Close from one specific app but I suspect it isn't updated to support Android 2.3 yet.

Maybe you should Wipe everything again and re-install GApps CM7
