If u want the virtual keys go to settings/cyanogenmod settings/tablet tweaks. Enable the soft buttons and choose the soft buttons u want.

sir, in cyanogen mod settings, find tablet tweaks,.u can decide whether to have the status bar on top or on bottom.,

u can put it on both sides.
