Turn on airplane mode first, then add a network through the Wi_Fi settings and reboot
This should solve this issue.

if u have Z3 dual this rom cant be good for u.
for using wifi u need frist active airplan mod and then reboot your phone.
and then add your wifi Manualy
just think a moment and then install this rom
