Actually, I am using LOS16.0 for karnak. My build is totally based on the source of LOS14.1. If the wifi issue is with LOS14.1 so is with my build as well.

Some router Not compatible with the device, the device keeps connecting and disconnecting what's slllooooo ???
Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought your issue was losing WiFi connectivity. I had that issue which was only solved by restart or toggling of airplane mode.
Got my Kindle Fire 8 2018 this Monday and got LOS 16.1 on. Performance was great, the only hangup was that there is a known issue for LOS 15, 16, 17 with Netguard not working:
So jumped to LOS 14.1. Aside from a few apps that aren't compatible with this android version, everything works fine. This also worked for other netblockers that use IPtables like AFwall+. I used a kernel manager on both versions to get a bit of a better performance in powersaving/performance profiles. Will also add that I used both without gapps and instead with MicroG/Aurora/F-droid
If you are using this device for a single task/light browsing/as a student, 14.1 should be fine.
Looking forward to bumping to 19.1/18.1 once it's stable

1. You MUST flash k4y0z's TWRP and amonet available here before trying to install the ROM
2. Reboot into TWRP, wipe data (no format needed), then install the ROM zip

The codecs on pie are kind of working lately I fixed the codecs that it can stream regular videos but the YouTube videos doesn't play. @ggow do you mind helping me with headphone jack and Bluetooth issues ?
