Can't find the channel to report bugs so I'm just gonna ask you. Is it me, or during calls, the speakers are used instead of the earpiece?

Just run Telegram app and do a search for either "[scapedevs] nysa's dev channel" or "Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite". It was posted and discussed in both channels.

Was able to locate the channel but it says that writing messages isn't allowed in the group...makes it a bit tough to report any problems..

@nysadev released this I think yesterday. I have not tried it....yet. No time right now, but if any of you guys want to try it, here is his post from his Telegram channel. I hope he will open a thread on XDA for this. He mentions the optional Android 10 Firmware, but does not provide a link to it.

Pixel Experience - Android 10

I have a request. Would you help us to know how did you get to camera work? I mean, with camera2 API. Front camera is fixed just replacing the lib, but I didn't know how to make the back camera working with MIUI 11 and Android Q. If you can help me or make a tutorial I'll be glad.

Both this and the fingerprint security issue are both known problems. He assured everyone in the Telegram's "Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite" channel that he is working to fix these issues, and a few other not so obvious ones.

Some people also reported that notification led does not work either. That's right? What firmware are you using?

When I connect my M8 Lite to the computer, it's not recognised...it's not showing up in Explorer...

I have not yet installed it. My workplace does not allow speaker phone calls so this was a show stopper for me until fixed. I know nothing!

Yes, that is correct...I am using the firmware that is linked on the front page...

Which ROM are you talking about? If you are talking about this one, it has been abandoned so I suspect that no changes will be made...

Not sure about any other ROM for this device...it seems like the developers are abandoning this device...

Stop spamming the threads for this. Platina has an LCD panel, so it cannot have aod. It would result in battery draining and overheating, it's not safe
