My favourite ROM that was installed in my previous device (Redmi Note 4 mido) for 1 and a half year! Thank you very much!!! So, i installed it this evening and it works great. Speaking about the fingerprint scanner, it's maybe a bit slower than the miui rom, just make sure that it is calibrated correctly.

Finally about the safety net check, mine failed in cts profile but when i used Magisk hide and hid it from play store and Google services framework, the value changed to true.

slow android auto phone

the ROM is great but when connecting the phone to the car to use Android auto the phone becomes very slow and the car screen is the same. Android auto doesn't work well

Yes it does have a faceunlock. And the camera app is the worst. I don't even know what's that application but it's so simple and bad. The reason that I switched from PE is camera application.

Yes, because when i've written this, in the O.P. didn't have instructions.
Then, i looked it for in 4pda.
Now, i have installed this rom by instructions of 4pda.

Dunno if my procedures are perfect, but at least they seemed to be working.
1. Flash latest TWRP into recovery and boot into it right afterwards.
2. Factory reset and format data partition.
3. Sideload the package to the device from PC.
4. Reboot then return to install Magisk after init.
(After these I hid Magisk from Google stuff to get cts pass according to a previous post, then cleared Google Play data to display device certified.)

I have checked that in 4PDA you are now redirected to XDA, and they have removed the instructions.
In the end, I have collected information from various sites, and this is what I did, i coming from Miui (now I only update the Rom).
1. Download ROM,
2. Download the latest firmware.
3. Start TWRP by pressing the Power button and Volume up at the same time.
4. Clear the FORMAT DATA with "YES" if you are changing from MIUI (or Custom Rom).
5. Then: WIPE Dalvik, Cache, System, Vendor, Data, internal storage.
6. Firmware installation.
7. ROM installation, Magisk (optional) (You can do it from the Brigudav Recovery itself).
8. Reboot and you're done!.
9. When you reboot and configure the phone, do not put any password or pin or fingerprint or anything, but then it will not work. It will be on when that initial setup is done.

WHEN CONNECTING WIFI, put ADVANCED OPTIONS, and use MAC DEVICE (by default the random mac appears and does not connect because of that).


Update:

1. WIPE cache, Dalvik.
2. Install new firmware and ROM.
3. WIPE cache, Dalvik.
4. (AS THE ROOT-MAGISK IS LOST, YOU CAN INSTALL IT AFTER THE ROM) Reboot.
5. Wipe Caché, Dalvik.
6. Reboot.

Step taken:
(Im coming from CrDroid)
1. Updated firmware to latetst.
2. Wiped: Data, cache and Dalvik
3. Flashed PE
4. Wiped again
5. Rebooted

Any help would be appriciated

I got it working by first going back to the original MIUI rom and after that flashing PE.
Encryption was enabled and was using the latest TWRP found here: [RECOVERY][3.3.1-3][pyxis/vela]Official/Unofficial TWRP Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite/CC 9(Stable)
