Yes the "SD card" problem has been solved. I used for two days, quite stable. But the status bar is not adapt the cutout... The "Network traffic monitor" is display right under the front camera... In order to see the "Network traffic monitor", i have to hide the cutout...
Hi, it's best to use lineageos recovery or OrangeFox with this ROM ?

OTOH, I notice it's on a "third party" domain (lineageoslog.org vs lineageos.org), apparently not directly under the control of the LineageOS team, right?
The download links (at least for now) point straight into another site on the lineageos.org domain, so they should be reliable -- but as always, caveat emptor.

That is weird. On one of my phones, I have SafetyNet status fully green (see attached screenshot) and I'm still running Unofficial, and version 20200122.
I do not believe newer versions of unofficial, much less Official, would have a regression on something like that.
Something must be wrong at your end; unfortunately I can't imagine what.
There's not much of a guide: I followed the exact instructions indicated by @amuliaX, as described on this thread's first post (search for "Instructions :"). BTW, "Ofox" means "OrangeFox", https://forum.xda-developers.com/re.../official-orangefox-recovery-project-t3941822, and the "Wipe" step is very, very important, do not fail to wipe everything as oriented or you will have all sorts of weird issues.

So uh, it's my first time posting this, just a sitrep from me. I've been using AmulyaX's LineageOS for 4 months (from January until April), it feels smooth but I got some problem with it, for example WhatsApp will hang if I want to send media (e.g Picture or Videos).
After quite a long time of waiting nonexistent update, on April, I decided to move on to letsmakecakes's Pixel Experience, though I need to format data and wipe everything. It's not the fastest, many bloatware, but I stayed because it's quite stable. The only problem for me is after a long while, it's not really as smooth as the first week. I came back to read this thread and seen Erfan is going to make this official, so I waited.
Yesterday, I found out that the first build of the official LineageOS 17.1 for lavender is out, it was May 29th. I had to backup everything on my phone. I wiped everything (not formatting data), flashed the new firmware and LOS zip from June 2nd nightly build. My phone can't boot after that, it keeps getting into recovery mode. So I decided to wipe everything + format data, flashed firmware, flashed LOS. Then I boot the system, it works fine. I went back to recovery mode and flashed magisk and opengapps. Everything works well, until I do SafetyNet check. I keep getting ctsProfile false, so I had to flash Magiskhide props, rebooted the phone, and open the terminal to change my device fingerprint, after that no problem whatsoever. Have been using the phone for quite a few hours nonstop (because I have to recover my data from backup), everything works fine on my end (calls, camera, bluetooth, etc). But currently, I just checked it doesn't have L1 Widevine, only L3.

Can you please give the proper tutorial for passing safety net because i cannot pass it no matter what
Is it only me or does anyone else find it a bit strange that we now have official LOS but no thread created by the maintainer on XDA? Never seen that before.
Yeah because of lag, spamming bug without log. I dont think we need a thread, instructions in wiki lineage, bug can be report at gitlab and everything is on lineage website wiki
You need to have magisk installed first.
1. Download MagiskHide props and BusyBox module from Magisk Manager. Reboot
2. Install a terminal for your phone. I use termux here.
3. Open up termux, and type "su" to gain root access.
4. After you get root access, type "props" and enter. It will open MagiskHide Props editor.
5. Type 1 to edit device fingerprint. Type f to choose fingerprint. Look for xiaomi numbers and your phone type. Press y.
6. Done.

Before this thread gets plagued with questions like what's different in this LineageOS build, let me clear everything up for you!
Current Development Scenario for Lavender
- More buildbots than developers
- Device sources do not have a proper commit history, and is little bloated
- There are major battery issues with current sources
- Elliptic Proximity Sensor doesn't work as it should
- Unable to use full potential of sdm660, as it has full CAF support, yet currently we use everything from MIUI
- People are taking the only few developers for granted, I have seen the community doesn't want to contribute at all by testing builds, and this is due to the increasing number of buildbots here
- People working on private sources, these guys use stuff from all Open Source Developers yet keep their work private, I am strongly against such people, I started my work a month ago, and everything was public on GitHub
- I started working on a CAF rebase a month ago, and now finally I have fixed all bugs that occured, CAF rebase is basically cloning trees that CAF releases for sdm660 devices, and doing bringup for lavender, so these trees are built from scratch
- Proper Commit history with proper authorship to all my fellow developers
- Elliptic Proximity Sensor has thorougly been fixed, you won't face any issues, no need to reboot or anything
- Battery issues might have been dealt with, don't expect extreme difference
- Sources are public, my fellow lavender developers can freely fork a copy of my trees and carry on development, I do not want any kind of fame or attention by keeping stuff private.
- Users can feel the snappy performance as I didn't add a lot of stuff from MIUI, just selective, most of it is still from CAF.
So here you go, feel free to make your own changes, all I want is lavender to stand back up because right now, its really going down due to some retards here in the community. Users need to contribute more, not financially but help developers with testing and some support rather than supporting people who encourage use of private sources.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 10, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Instructions :

Please note:
1. I prefer BiTGApps along with ROM ( https://t.me/bitgapps_downloads_official/320 , read carefully or you won't get Setup Wizard)
2. BACKUP DATA as it needs to be FORMATTED.
3. Built with Stock Minimal Kernel, do not use Custom Kernels as this uses new camera blobs, if you flash a custom kernel that doesn't support latest Xiaomi camera changes, camera won't work.
4. No restrictions on Firmware you want to use
5. Flash Magisk only if you want root
Thanks to @kjjjnob for his 'original work' for lavender, this man works throughout his free time to improve development scenario for lavender, not talking about building ROMs using trees, talking about making the sources better and usable with time and changes.
