While boot stuck, when I hold download mode keys (vol- , power , home) for 10 sec tablet reboots then I go to twrp and clear cache, then finally the talet boots up, but this time it is so laggy.I think something stops working (system UI or etc.)

I use the tablet in the car.
Here is large logcat (I launched google maps, gps test, yanosik)

Logcat shows the GPS daemon not working/crashing
If you use an adb shell and cd to /data/system/gps and ls -la
It will show that file .gpsd.lock hasn't been created.
Can you confirm ?

Code:
 GpsHalOneInstance: open("/data/system/gps/.gpsd.lock", O_WRONLY|O_CREAT, 0660) returned -1, errno=13

Yes I think so
The lag will be caused by something crashing in the background
I've found another problem,I was watching a 100min movie in my tablet with mx player, and suddenly it made a sound (dzzzzzzzz) and the tablet restarted and battery percentage rapidly was discharging, suddenly from 62 to 2 then again shut down, but when I use marshmallow I can watch full movie with 20-30 percent.

You'd have to tell me how to do this

I don't know how to explain it, but I downloaded another stock ROM from another site and installed the
lineage-17.1-20220913.
Surprise! GPS works

Is that version you are running SELINUX enforcing?

It's a small problem with getting the right SELINUX permissions sorted.
The version you were running could not create file .gpsd.lock causing it to not work
