It works perfect but you have to make it after every LOS Update because LOS overwrites the boot image :-(

Thanks so much! It finally worked. Also thanks to @MSe1969 for pointing out where this setting 'update recovery' is located. It somehow enabled itself once after disabling it but finally I was able to install the October update.No, that's not weird. Your picture explains it all.
This is the lineage recovery, not the TWRP. It might work, but I never tested it. So I guess now you tested it
Please flash the TWRP.
If you don't see something like that:

the lineage recovery is installed. The image above shows how TWRP looks like.
The reason for that is (most likely) that you enabled an option that updates/installs the lineage recovery (effectively replacing the TWRP) with every OTA update. This is (in our case) unwanted behaviour.
So the way to go now would be:
- Disable this option (somewhere under developer options I think. Maybe @MSe1969 could jump in here. Else I'll have another look in the evening.)
- Flash the TWRP
- Verify it is the TWRP
- Check updating again

Whilst I agree to your point - I don't see the urge to fork the Updater app just for changing a label. We would have to also translate this into at least the major languages, to let many people benefit... "Cosmetics", if you ask me...

Before even starting to consider spending any time on 12, there are for us some prerequisites to be fulfilled. E.g. "LineageOS has started to provide official 12 builds" for any device.
Alone that requirement is anticipated - looking at the previous cycles - to be fulfilled earliest January 2022, but probably even February.
There are more things than that, not going too much into details. So only after that 1st prerequisite is met, we will be able to try finding out, whether this is possible and feasible (which still does not necessarily mean, that there will be a 12 build at all...)
Hello! This rom have an weird bug. When i try to install app from google play store(opengapps) the error message says: not enough storage. I need to reboot the mobile phone to get work.. what is this? You fix this bug? The rom is installed correctly. I format everything before install this rom.

Which Gapps flavor do you use? Pico or Nano as recommend? Or any larger bloat flavor, which is not recommended? Can you produce a log? How much space do you have free on your Internal Storage?

Maybe we understand something different from "fresh install".
I just tried to reproduce your problem on my side. I did the following:
- wiped /data, /system and all caches (I'd suggest you to also wipe the internal storage to be completely on the safe side)
- installed
- lineage-18.1-20211013-UNOFFICIAL-signed-amami.zip
- open_gapps-arm-11.0-pico-20211021.zip
- reboot
- set up google account
- Download and install Chrome and a couple of other apps.
Given the fact that no one else here had issues with that before, I'd guess something on your side is going wrong.
Please check the above mentioned steps.
You should use the latest twrp-3.4.0-1-amami.img from

Why would you have to wipe the /data partition?
Updating the ROM overwrites boot.img, so you would have to re-patch boot.img again, I would guess.
Or simply flash the last created patched boot.img, as the kernel hasn't been updated in the ROM. -

You need the 2 apps:
ANT Radio Service (Github) / (Google play)ANT+ Plugin Service (Github) / (Google play)
afterwards setting proper permissions is essential!
