Sorry for the naïve question. I have flashed ROMs before but that was with the Xiaomi Mi A1 which had stock Google ROM.

I have the Redmi Note 10 Pro here with the 13.0.3 Global (SKFEUXM) on it.
It is annoying buggy and I would like to give LineageOS another try.

How do I go about installing the latest LineageOS version on it?

Thank you and apologies if this is too much of a beginner question, but I could not find a guide and found the different ROMs being discussed a bit confusing.

And another 19.1 lineage:
Notes:
• Intial GMS build
• VantomKernel is the default kernel
• Android 11 MIUI vendor based build. You will need the Android 11/MIUI 12.5 vendor/firmware to flash this!

I don't know, but the los from redline-soee is about 1.3 Gb, and the Pulkit about 1.55 Gb. For the size, i think both are vanilla.
New built of Pulkit:
Changelog:
• Synced with latest LineageOS sources as of 27 March (Tag android-12.1.0_r2)
• Fixed Side Fingerprint ripple animation and location indicators
• Fixed DC Dimming support (resolved selinux denial)
• Added toggle to chose fingerprint unlock behavior (touch or press)
• Added CPU info and FPS info QS tile
• Added Data switch tile
• Added App unlock
• Added some missing animations
• screen casting is now by default set to 1920x1080p60
• Fixed gesture navigation extra padding keyboard upon hiding pill

Notes:
• GMS build
• SELinux Enforcing (safetynet passes OOTB)
• ROM supports OTA, existing users will get OTA updates
• Latest ANXCamera (https://t.me/RedmiNote10ProChannel/1002) by Aryan works, you can flash it

I just tried this one. I couldn't get ANXCamera to work with it, though. Also, it doesn't seem to have wireguard support in the kernel. Which is surprising, as I thought that was a default feature in Android 12.

I used Lineage back with my Xiaomi Mi A1, but this process for my Redmi Note 10 Pro seems to be a bit more complicated.

Can someone, perhaps, tell me how to flash from my MIUI Global 13.0.3.0 to the most recent Lineage OS 19 version for my phone?

Which ROM should I use and what is the best process going from my standard rom?

Thank you very much!

Lineage 19 has not been released officially, it will probably be released within 2 weeks. Also, please don't install the fake rom linked above by @Laptapper as it's source code is not released and is probably malware.
There is no one best rom, it depends on your needs.
To flash a custom rom, you first need to unlock your bootloader and flash a recovery, most famous being twrp, which is officially supported for redmi note 10 pro.

Probably malware?
I'm using it some days and I'm not a newbie.
I've checked in and outgoing packages data and scanned for malware viruses and other unknown apps....
It looks good

Btw without source it's not everytime malware .

Please give us detailed information for your assertion otherwise it will be only a assertion....

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 11, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review.
