1- i can see the installed apps in the settings or with a other app. Its just inconvenient, i tought because this a lineage rom this wouldn't happen.

I did it, thanks for your availability.Start your fire stick with a pc with fireISO. In Lineage OS under setting select buttons and check if advanced reboot is activate. Then go to reboot and select recovery. It will reboot in TWRP. Mount the memory, copy the zip rom file into the fire stick and flash it with twrp ( 1- adb devices 2- adb shell 3- twrp install rom.zip 4- exit 5- adb reboot)

It's not dead, I'm just taking a break because I've had some personal problems lately. Thanks for the heads up anyway.@Rortiz2 I have the impression there are 2 versions of sheldonp. Went from your ROM to stock in OP here but that had the same issues with no remote auto connect at reboot. Then I used another ROM and there was no problem at boot and pairing the remote. Maybe you can do something with this info? The ROM that worked on my sheldonp is:
