After flashing this software into G920f, it works fine. Does this device support VoLTE? Some carriers here require devices to support this feature, otherwise they will not be able to provide service. - Fixed VP9 video decoding in apps. We now have more quality options on YouTube. Our hardware can't do 4K60, so only 4K30
- ZRAM settings kanged from exynos 7580 (75% of RAM is ZRAM now). This should be better for general usability
- Thanks to enesuzun2002 releasing the BSP, we can now build HWC components from source. Shouldn't change too much for now, but its nice

This rom works great for my old S6, but i can't get android auto to work.
I used Nikgapps core, but that doesn't come with android auto. When i download android auto in the playstore i get the errorcode 22 when i connect it to my car, because it is not installed as a system app.
The only Nikgapps that has android auto is the full one, but then the S6 gets locked up.
Anyone a solution perhaps?

I have a Verizon G920V. Hasn't been modified yet, has 7.0 Nougat. WIll the lineage-19.1-20230225-UNOFFICIAL-zerofltexx.zip firmware and MindTheGapps-12.1.0-arm64-20220605_112439.zip work with it? If so what version of Odin and twrp are needed? Thanks in advance. I like this phone and I don't want to brick it.

I have reset my S6 edge and install the lastest official rom , flash TWRP 3.2.3 and flash the rom LTEXX without issue but the phone is bootlooping on lineagesOs logo :/
Do you have any advice to fix that. I try to upgrade android to my S6 to use Android Auto app

Did you successfully wipe data? Make sure you can wipe data partition (without errors) before trying to flash the LineageOS zip. For me I had to go into adb shell and type `make_ext4fs /dev/block/sda18`, or something like this, for it to wipe successfullyHey guys , thank for the work on old S6 edge

First to thank you for update g920f, I had install the latest version of your OS but my galaxy s6 is a DOUS version and when I had install the LINEAGE OS 19 one of my sim cards is disabled, it's gone.

Works great on my G920W8 despite being unsupported! Only problem I've had is my 4G data not working, however that's not a big deal, 3G still works fine and my carrier still has 3G.

New android 13 builds will come out with the same changes as the recent android 12 builds soon, along with an attempted fix to the camera issues. If all goes well, I will put the r22p driver on android 12 too. I am also considering swapping to LineageOS-UL, but it is not necessary at the moment.2

1. The functions work quite well as mentioned (I have not tested the sound during calls because I do not have the conditions)
2.Performance has been improved, less lag when swiping on the notification bar 3.The device does not heat up when watching youtube videos (Surprisingly, I watched youtube for 2 hours without seeing it get hot, this is really good sign)
4.Battery in standby mode is much better (I only lose about 4-5% for 8-9 hours)
However, there is still a lag problem when swiping in some apps, but I found that YouTube is the most common. And so far I have encountered it on most lineage os roms that I have installed on this forum and I am not sure if it is youtube or rom. .I will check further and report if there are other errors.
Honestly this build has done very well, thank you for your constant effort. I think the rom is close to stable enough to be usable on a daily basis.1Testing continues but so far I have found these :
- Bluetooth audio works well when listening to music and in the background.
- Bluetooth audio in calls still doesn't work.
- Although my PC sees my phone without issue, I can't use scrypy.
- Instagram videos still have bad quality, and the original Instagram app crashes when I enter reels, I use Instagram Lite instead and it works much better.
- Calls have a little bit of echo but it's alright.
- Camera works fine, takes photos and videos.
- System UI feels very smooth.
- In big games, fps is very low, I can only play tiny games like Flappy Bird.
- Sometimes I have to press a couple of times to same place in order to do what I want.
Again it's a great improvement from the last build. If there is anything else you want me to test inform me I will use my phone with this ROM for a couple of days.1

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 12 (S), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Reporting a bug
If you are experiencing a bug or issue with my ROM, open a Github issue with AT LEAST:
1) A description of the issue
2) Version of lineage you are running (ie. Android version, date of build)
3) Include a logcat, bugreport, dmesg, or last_kmsg when the issue occurs
4) If possible include screenshots or any detail you find is necessary
Do not report a bug if you are:
- running a custom kernel
- using an unsupported device or build i did not create
- the issue is known about or is impossible to fix (VoLTE for example)
- is a generic lineageos issue/request (asking me to change a launcher for example)
FAQ:
I have echo in phone calls!
Samsung devices have echoing issues in LineageOS. The problem can be mitigated with mixer_paths.xml tweaks, which I have done to the best of my ability. Still working on improving this as much as possible
My banking/other apps aren't working!
Some apps need to pass SafetyNet, have enforcing SELinux policies, both, or other factors in order to function properly. There are magisk modules available to help you with this. If you need assistance with this, search XDA for people with similar issues with your app.
My camera wont flash properly when taking a picture
The native AOSP camera app does not properly sync the flash on Samsung devices. However, you can use third party camera applications which do not exhibit this behaviour. GCam Go has been reported to work fine for example.
My phone turns off randomly and the battery is at 0% when I plug it in!
Your battery is severely degraded and needs replacing. This is not an issue with the ROM.
I have a problem not on this list!

Working on a new kernel for LineageOS 20.0 builds, hopefully will get that out soon (tm), but I've been busy doing other things. Source code for the linaro sources, as well as updated device stuff will be up in a few days.
G920W8 (zerofltecan) users can test a build from last month for their device. Currently LTE data wont work, but in APN settings, toggling IPv4 and IPv4/IPv6 is a temporary work around.7new releases
