Hi,

here you can find my version of LineageOS 19.0 for our Samsung Galaxy S3 (I9300).
At first I want to thank @rINanDO, @ChronoMonochrome for all your work and the cherry picks I made from you earlier.

This is a early ALPHA build, also from the LineageOS side, there are typical functions still missing, so don't install it if you want a completley stable and completed ROM and don't report my already listet bugs!

When you have BitGapps installed, you have to reflash them after every update!

Spoiler: How to improve GPS

You could use a gps.conf from https://app.box.com/s/w57s1v1n3hie7l5lk28i for your location and replace /vendor/etc/gps.conf.
Or you try GPS Server Optimizer app for a faster 3D fix.
For both methods you need root rights.

If you are going to use BitGapps,
here you can download them:
BitGapps, arm, 12
For the others, you can use microG in future.

You have Wi-Fi. But you don't hace a SIM card. Do you have a sim that worked in that phone before? Is it inserted correctly? Have you disabled sim-pin?

Sorry had removed SIM card because no network so updating pic with inserted sim
Yes phone was working perfectly on old version
Yes perfectly fitted to sim tray
Yes already disable

Try to update your modem, maybe it helps:

modem.bin | by html6405 for Galaxy S3

Download GApps, Roms, Kernels, Themes, Firmware, and more. Free file hosting for all Android developers.

unpack the tar file and copy the modem.bin into your internal memory, reboot into TWRP and do:

adb shell
dd if=/sdcard/modem.bin of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p7
reboot

and give it a retry.

Thank you for you supper build, I have installed on my old phone and it's working great. I haven't installed Google apps as it's slows the phone down. Just a shame that the FM radio is not included in the build that would really be perfect for the phone. Once again thank you for your work.

I've tried this for sure, but it doesn't work and there are nearly no compatible apps what I see.

Hi. I flashed the los 19 and bitgapps with twrp 3.6.0 but the phone is stuck on samsung gt i9300 screen. But now i read that we have to use the 3.5.2. Is that the problem?
After that i flashed the los 18 successfully
EDIT: Reboot from twrp to system doesnt work. When u get stuck you have to reboot with power button

There's already an alpha build for the i9305 from me, but somehow the latest repo sync destroyed RIL, I have to find problem first.
