I used 19.1-20221006-HMTL6405-s3ve3gxx.zip
and
MindTheGapps-12.1.0-arm-20220416-173154.zip
on my S3 NEO s3ve3gxx, I can connect to wifi but I can not access to internet. There is some trickle or fix? Thanks.

I don't think it's an issue with the ROM. you need to flash firmware including CP. also note the different builds:

Samsung Sensor (s3ve3gjv)
Sony Sensor (s3ve3gxx)
Dual Sim (s3ve3gds)

You should have at least TWRP 3.3.0, so all newer versions are fine.
