No, you may ask, but you will never get an answer It's just new cm10.2 commits to hopefully fix bugs. There is no real changelog otherwise I would include it, sorry!

Much better Antutu benchmark scores on this new build. I got comparable scores to the Google Edition (jwr66v) build. My first total score with this new build is 27,142.

Hmmm... deciding on starting unofficial cm 10.2 nightly builds. I'll decide if I have time or not to dedicate on it by tomorrow and let you guys know as well.

Edit: Setting up a VM ubuntu box for compiling just in case.
