Trying to change wallpaper just leaves a black background for me. Chose the additional wallpaper options, the one like an island at night with flash photography :)
Very impressed, keep up the good work.

Shalom and kind regards john

I do not know why it happens to you. I have been able to change wallpaper and I have not any black background for me. If this appears you should try setting up it again.

Issues while flashing

Hi Herna,

Good morning & warm wishes,

Y'day I flashed Nameless Rom with Bank Gapps as a clean flash. Everything worked fine. But when I try to restore my backup apps, the CWM stuck without rebooting. When I tried to go to recovery page by pressing volup+home+power it just returned to CWM home. I gave the command reboot system, after 2 mins the system rebooted by giving a warning that root is lost & the phone got stuck at the Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 page. The recovery didn't proceed. Later I had to return to stock via Odin & root and reflash OMNI (Clean flash). The same happened when I flashed
[ROM][4.4.2][21 January 2014]Biftor™SlimKat Rom V2.0[AOSP]. Due to this incidents I am scared to change ROM.

Requesting to help me in this regard,

Thanks in advance
Dr Krishna.

I've been itching to flash this Rom but wanted to know if the problem I quoted above is a Rom issue?

My Note has a dysfunctional USB/Charging port so Odin is out of my choice in case something bad happens.

Thank you in advance

Few things I don't understand.
What is a cwm home?
How are you trying to restore backup apps using cwm?

sysfs paths? What was that?
its, easy said, an exposure of kernel / system controls on the filesystem, for changing settings.

you can read and write from them.

they can be found in /dev /sys etc

attached an example.
here you see a file "kernel_max" which contains the number of maximum cores that can run :)

another example is sched_mc_power_savings.

if we write 0 in it, power saving is deactivated, 1 is balanced, 2 is aggressive powersaving.

most of these paths differ from device to device, so there is no general control for every device and people need to tell their paths to these features / files / etc.
