The default for CM12 based roms is to disable root by default. You will not able to install SuperSU or use root until you enable it if needed. To do this:
Go to Settings, scroll down to Developer Options (If not There, go into About Phone, and click on the build number 7 times, then back out to Settings)
Scroll down to SU Access, and change to Apps or Apps/ADB based on your requirements
Now you will be able to use root access, and install SuperSU if you need for Titanium Backup.

data connectivity issues / loss of data
open dialer and enter *#*#4636#*#*
click phone information
scroll down and select lte/cdma auto prl
turn off radio then turn it back on
note: this shouldnt happen but i felt it necessary to have this posted just in case it does

getting texts to work
after installation of new rom, update google play services
install google messenger
set it as default sms application
have someone call you (Any incoming call is enough)
texts now work for you through google messenger, so send as many as you want
note: roaming indicator will now be present but dont be alarmed you are not roaming....is a small trade for now to have working texts..this issue is being worked on daily but for now this works...must reapply this fix every reboot

Can also dial *#*#4636#*#*
Place into cdma auto prl
Wait a bit
Place into LTE/CDMA auto prl
Then text will work again

Getting Titanium Backup to work

install supersu..
open supersu app
update binary
go into settings
uncheck mount namespace separation
check trust system user
reboot

Install went great and it picks up my 64gb card! So happy I've been waiting for this. I did notice there's no super user app installed and supersu won't install the binary so I'm gonna try and find a manual install zip

EDIT: JK super user access is built in it just need to be enabled in developer options

Edit2: lppls like tibu is gonna nees SuperSU

Yeah the new CM policy is to disable SU by default. I'll add to the second post about this. Once you enable in development, you should be able to drop in SuperSU for TiBu.

Folders

Great ROMs!!! This is kind of a simple question but are any of these 5.0 Lollipop ROMs have touchwiz on them? Can you make folders in the app drawer? I like having only 1 page in my so drawer but I haven't seen the ability to make folders in these ROMs.

None are TW all cm and aosp based ROMs.... Use a launcher liker nova launcher and you can make folders all day... I do the same... All apps in folders on main home screen and three pages of widgets

I'm having an issue with the ok Google command not working. It worked at first but now it won't even register when I wanna retrain it or tap the voice search button and talk unless I reboot. This was happening on liquid but I thought it was fixed on 1/11 or the one before that.
