What rom do you use? AOSP and CM based roms all should have the AOSP keyboard included but some gapps packages replace it with the original google keyboard. If you don't want to reflash your rom, you can try this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-aosp-android-keyboard-5-rows-row-t3142784

I use a stock based custom Rom (MX Rom 7.5.0) but in the end a keyboard is just a app
So I will check your link, maybe it will work :)

the link dont work at stock only at custom roms :(

Camera in the new build is super buggy. It crashes on startup and then says "No connection to camera".
Also torch can be activated but not turned off. Only a reboot turns it off.
Suggestions?

Had to abandon this ROM :(
As you can see it has heavy battery issues. My phone was in deep sleep all night, no usage. Still it drained 24% battery. That's insane.

I know I promised to do a new compilation "soon" and believe me I tried, but the myself5 kernel gave me the same compilation error over and over again. So I had to switch to the CM kernel. This let me go through the compilation all the way. So for those who are interested in the M5 kernel please flash it after installing this ROM.

If someone experiences conflicts/errors try a clean flash.

The rom has random quick reboots. Probably that's why the high battery drainage.
8,9 times a day it does a quick reboot so it doesn't ask for pin and unless you have an app that starts on boot and leaves a notification it's impossible to notice.
Tried clean install, changing kernel, disabled all xposed modules etc etc
Any idea how i could log what caused\causes the reboots?

random soft reboots are plaguing CM builds for some time and its known issue all over the jira, forums, reddit etc. google cyanogenmod random reboots and you'll get the picture how common it become.

you have rather high number of them (8-9 times a day, which is odd) but im pretty much certain its coming from CM itself.

Yeah I did some reasearch and found out many nexus users are having this problem.
Is there any 5.1 cm rom where this doesn't happen?
M5 kernel fixed it on rhine devices, hopefully he finds a way to fix it for all sony.
What are your choices? Stock lp or back to 4.4.4?

my device is rhine based and unfortunately, m5 didn't fixed it on latest nightlies. the bug is dug who knows where as a ton of devices suffers from it for months.

furthermore, i've read reports of random reboots on cm13 too.

regarding safe builds, try go for cm-based roms built *before* the end of august (if i remember correctly) because then the reboots started to appear all of the sudden. or non-cm based roms - pure sony aosp perhaps, but pure aosp often lacks working camera.

so its just waiting for the fix i guess.
and providing logcats to jira to help devs solve it.

bug report

AICP
Android Ice Cold Project

AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!

Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

My phone was sent to the service and was replaced with a Z3C. For this reason AICP and Bliss will be discontinued. I'll lock the threads.

Thank you for this short trip.

    Hi,
I installed but external sd, is not recognized

and I lost dual recovery and don[t let install it again

cyanogen recovery don.t let install zip file

Sent from my Xperia Z1 Compact using XDA Free mobile app

Flash twrp with Rashr app from Play Store, then try DR. I'm not sure how well it works with these kernels but at least it should flash OK with twrp.
