As I can see when I unlock the smartphone there's a retard of 1 second. Before unlocking it, I have to wait a second and then I can swipe it to unlock the phone. Also, touch during call isn't fixed for me and sometiems when I'm listening to a voice message on whatsapp the hear sensor doesn't work. Of course I did a clean install, the flash took a lot of time this time. j500FN, 24 june build. I'll try to do again a clean flash if necessary

@Nick Verse, I've posted under request features about adoptable storage, is it possible with cm12.1? I have the 8GB version, it kinda sucks because only about 4GB is useable.:crying:

How can you expect to unlock the device in half a second? Do you need this? No errors in logs.
Touch during call is fixed and tested thoroughly, and that is the reason you have this slight "delay" to unblock the screen when pushing the power button.
It is a service called InputDisabler that manages the on/off switch on sensors and touchkeys and screen, and co-operates with the powermanager of the device, on low-level software side.

Bugs with WhatsApp application has nothing to do with CM. Use another application for messaging or contact the application developer. WhatsApp application developer states that custom ROMs are not supported on the first screen when app is loaded.

I have tested my ROM, and everything is working for daily use with official CM apps.

@Nick Verse, could you remove the automatic option in LiveDisplay toggle in quick settings and just have only night and off toggle like the Paranoid Android rom? It gets really annoying to turn off the night mode.

Blame bloated touchwiz firmware for this and its bigger root partition. I really wish to decrease and allocate that waste empty space in root partition for data partition instead.

You can adjust the display temperature to suit your needs, so this is not needed.
I will take a look on the mmc block device partitioning shortly. Remember that this is crucial and could lead to permanent damage of the phone.

I'm on stock rom, using latest whatsapp version and that bug doesn't exist.
I've found older xda threads with same bug.
People should just avoid waving /touching the sensor.

Btw, you gonna update the kernel for stock rom too?

Thanks for your work and this great rom. It runs very stable on my J5fn but the only thing is the camera. It is not as good as in stockrom. I tryed different camera apps from google play but the most apps infested with adds. Is there an apk of the app from stockrom? For me it is very important to have a good camera because i use it to scan important dokuments for my studies.

So its like a fully working Cyanogeod 12.1? With (almost) no bugs.

Well in the 23 May Build I could unlock the device really fast and now it is really annoying that I have to wait a second. Also, in stock the Whatsapp bug doesn't happen, this is the reason I reported it. It only happens with CM.

While you're listening to a voice message at your hear, sometimes the audio goes to the external speaker and after few seconds it comes back to the internal speaker. It is pretty annoying

Like Razorbak said, but it doesn't happen random. It happen when you wave your hand over proximity sensor.
