After boot, when?
After "optimizing apps"?
Does it stuck on that optimizing screen (sometimes it does to me)? If so, try powering screen off, wait some seconds, and on again.

When i try to put the wifi password. I tried to skip that, i made it to home screen, on settings i can't see the switchers and it s freezing again and again and again. When he freeze i just need to take out the battery and put back on

This is the only thing i can do, i made this SS to show there are no switcher. No chance to activate WI FI or instaling something on this. :crying:

Well, switchers are only or ON or OFF, try tapping on the right, chose your access point and look at statusbar for signal WIFi icon.
Then, just install a CM theme from play store (or sideload a apk) and you'll have switchers back.
But, first try to enable USB debug, so you could also install apk (namely a theme) via ADB.

State of Bliss address:

As many of you have noticed, LP builds have slowed greatly. This is due to a multitude of factors. We have lost quite a few team members who we believe were holding us back from our ultimate goal and philosophy, one of our main devs is taking a backburner due to family needing attention, I am without a reliable box to build or move code on and the rest of the remaining team has been extremely busy with many things. We are slowly bringing up MM for you guys but it will take some time as we are understaffed and some of our main players are having problems with life. We will be working as hard as we can to get MM builds out as soon as possible but it is a much harder task now than when we were moving code with LP. We ask that you please bear with us during this transition and know that we are putting every spare bit of effort and time we have into releasing a quality rom for our community of loyal users. If anyone would like to help in any way they can with our project, please send me a PM here on XDA as I have taken it upon myself to start building our team and our minion army back to a reasonable size to be able to tackle what needs to be done. Any help in any form is always appreciated, from testers to coders to just about anything else. If you feel you can contribute positively in any way to our team please drop me a PM here and we can go from there.

Last but not least, we love all of our community members who have stuck with us from the beginning, middle and the "end". A new rebirth is upon us and with it a new chance to provide you with the rom you have all grown to love.

Edit: Still no switcher,i can't activate WI FI and phone freeze in maxim 2 minutes after boot.

Dorian could you please reupload the old builds of the 4.0.3? I'm having the same wifi problems of others (freeze when I have to type the password). This is my favourite ROM, but this problemi it's really annoying. I'll try to add a log later if I can

Unfortunately I don't have those versions anymore.

It seems the Bliss team started pushing commits again so here's a new version. An extensive changelog isn't available since last month, so if you want to know what is changed in the source you better check the CyanogenMod Gerrit or the BOSP-LP GitHub.
