Installation Instructions

• You must be rooted!
• You must have a custom recovery installed.
• Wipe your device.
• Flash the ROM zip.
• Flash the GAPPS. (Optional)
• Reboot. (It can take up to 5 min.)

[10/08] -> Upstream Changes , some audio fixes and fixed some others minor bugs.
[07/13] -> Upstream updates, some kernel fix, tried to fix audio on speakers, added script to delete NFC on MI 4 during flash(automatic).

This is just an initial build, i'm sure additional features will be added soon.
It is more or less stock with few features. In a good way.
I couldn't find root access settings ,so, im guessing rom isn't pre rooted. I flashed supersu. There is no file explorer pre installed, just felt that it should be mentioned.
Yes this rom can be flashed on stock partition.
Glad to see mi3 receiving so much of XDA love.

Same problem.

With the screen off when the phone touch keys off.

Edit: Vibration is a little too strong for me, but nothing too obtrusive. Omniswitch seems to have a little bit of graphical glitch when removing apps. (swiping up or down) . However it is very smooth and easy to use.

Edit 2: After 5 minutes of usage, the screen just went black. Had to hard reset to get back.

About Edit 1: I will make specific hardware settings (like vibration) in near future. Omniswitch is not maintained by me ...

Ah, Omni, my old friend...the only ROM which could contain my flashaholic tendencies long enough and stayed on my phone for more than 6 months...

Although it seems it has the call bug...without calling! :laugh:
I'll wait for that to be fixed at least.

PS. @rooque since these are homemade builds, would you considers merging the Layers commits? :fingers-crossed:
(I know that the Omni team strongly opposes the CM TE cuz of all its instability and FCs, but merging the commits will give those who want to theme a chance...)
