Thanks for your development, trying now! Coming from unofficial 12.1...

*edit*

I just hope I don't get "No SIM" like two others I have tried.

Another NO SIM ROM :(
There is an issue with the cm-12.1 branch of our device tree (by Alberto and I) that breaks the RIL on XT1540 devices and maybe some other models. The builds that I've been posting on the CM12.1 thread are actually from the "cm-12.1-revert-test" branch that avoids this bug. I'm investigating the issue, and it should be fixed tonight. Future builds of custom ROMs built with our device tree will not have the issue.

UPDATE: The fix has now been merged into the cm-12.1 branch. Custom ROM maintainers should update their device trees from our CM tree.

If your lazy meter is on low and you're impatient to try out the other roms all you have to do (per looking at the github) is delete the three lines from build.prop, just tried it now on this rom and immediately signal came back up, you will have to of course skip the setupwizard and change your build prop. I downloaded the buildprop changer app from the play store, backed it up, installed it (after skipping setup wizard) and changed the lines.

I don't know anything about github, I don't know how to build or fix ROMs. I know how to unlock Bootloaders, root, and flash. If I knew how to do it I wouldn't be asking.

*edit*

Far from being lazy...

*edit 2*

Every ROM for G3 has this issue EXCEPT unofficial CM 12.1

It's not hard. Just edit your /system/build.prop and remove the three offending lines shown in the git commit I linked.

Just 3 steps:
  1. Mount /ststem as writeable (run "mount -o remount,rw /system" as root)
  2. Remove the problematic lines from build.prop
  3. Reboot your phone

I normally included all his commits, and wifi is working perfectly on mine.
ok but wifi not working here on xt1550 india 16 gb
it was not working on ALL custom roms till @sqiud2' s 1808 build
from that buld everything working fine
heres what he said
"I've posted a new build that incorporates the last week of development. There are a bunch of small improvements that can be seen in the git history. This build includes updated WiFi driver configuration. Hopefully it will solve the WiFi issues that some users have been having. In addition, this build now has enforcing SELinux for better security. The latest kernel updates have also been included."
