I don't think that the touch problems on 3.10 kernel are caused by the same thing like in 3.4 kernel. It literally stops recognizing all touches until you pull out notification bar from top or sleep and wake the device. Maybe some bug in driver? .. I don't know

Maybe, but the patch should be enabled in 3.10 anyway , so that you can play with the values in clearpad (I bet they are the same in marshmallows).

yeah, I can. But I'm using pure CM, so no crDroid stuff. I'm not sure if it will work if you dirty-flash CM over crDroid. (I would do a clean flash)

Some info about it:
it was built on tuesday 5. January with ubertc toolchain (4.9 for android and 5.2 for kernel)
it has broken twrp recovery built-in (since I haven't had enough time to see what's broken, maybe on weekend)
it's pure CM (though there are tweaks in kernel)
I recommand you to enable simple gpu algorithm and adreno idler.

I was planning to release it on xda with separate thread, but I'll do that if anyone will want and if I fix that twrp (maybe it got fixed by latest selinux updates, I'll recompile and see)

I'm not using cRdroid I'm using the rom which is in my signature, I'm sick of this touchscreen issue.
