Note: In latest build, CameraWrapper has been fixed. Hence, use any custom Camera app that you like. IMO, the default app sucks!

Flash the CyanogenMod zip
Flash Gapps (optional)
Reboot

Upgrade Instructions:
Flash the CyanogenMod zip

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but is this based on the caf build? The one that was already posted? Not trying to be rude or anything, just curious.

I have the Indian variant XT1521. I don't know whether lte works with XT1526 sprint variant. Waiting for someone to test that and report.
I'm using the XT1526 variant on Boost Mobile. It installed and cellular didn't work. Upon crash and reboot, all I get is a black screen. I could make it through the set up though before I crashed.

Sorry to hear about this instability. Updated bug in OP. Will be fixed soon. The Indian variant XT1521 works super smooth with this ROM. Can you provide me the logs?

I tested without gapps, and the screen works for a seconds before the phone gets black screen and doesn't work, at least on my xt1527. i will try to provide a log when i can
UPDATE: I tried to log it on my desktop and it doesn't work. ADB doesn't detect it. Hope that you can found the issue and solve it, and sorry for can't bring you a log.
Keep the good job anyways :)

can you be more specific about the problem?:)
Immediately after the first boot and setup windows it worked flawlessly for some moment. Then onwards whenever the screen in unlocked, it went to dark without any display. I could hear the device connecting tone in PC, however storage is not getting detected. I rebooted into recovery and did a factory reset. When the booting is completed, I opened the settings and disabled the automatic brightness feature. Now I turned it on but could not find any issue thereafter. I am not sure if this is the issue. I am just downloading the GAPPS and once it is done, need to flash again. Will update on the progress.
