OMG. I alwery said it, "THIS ROM IS BASED ON DGADELHA SOURCES" BUT I WILL ADD MORE FEATURES AND CONTINUE HER WORK ON CM

There is nothing to brake XDA rules, I just compiled this rom to continue Dgadelha's work and don't make cm 13 be outdated

underclock/overclock is fake, only undervoltage and overvoltage can solve this, so there is no purpose to have this
