Instructions:
1. Make sure you're using the required baseband (miui6)
2. Update recovery [Recommended -> TWRP for ferrari ]
3. Factory reset if coming from another ROM.
4. Install ROM
5. Install GApps (optionally) [Recommended -> Open GApps (arm64) (7.1)]

Nothing, its just rebranded, the boot animation, and naming of the rom is changed, its same as cm 14.1

Can you tell me best rom for mi4i with good performance and good battery life and least bugs

I like te CM14 it's actually quite good but since I use camera a lot I find the issue of low mic sound important. Does this have the same issue?

Cm14 is working very well.
Haven't tested others yet so not much i can say, sorry

Since it's from same device tree, well, I'm pretty sure it has same issues.
For the camera, don't expect to get better quality than the MIUI one, since the driver is proprietary, owned by Xiaomi. If you want best quality, there's no other way than using MIUI.
For the low mic sound, perhaps CM12 doesn't have that issue.
