LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (Gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Please flash Gapps right after you flash the ROM​

Install Guide:

1. Boot to your recovery
2. Wipe data
3. Click advanced wipe and check _ Dalvik/ART- Cache - System - Data ->wipe
4. Go back and install the ROM
5. Optionally install Gapps
6. Reboot & enjoy

I flashed this rom successfully with unknown IMEIs...have tried all but cant recover it (mobile uncle-chamelephon-IMEI write tool)...even restoring IMEI backup from my last rom via TWRP...how can I fix this prob?! Thanks [emoji120]

thanks to the developers. I like this rom, but there are several problems. when I install it without gapps some apps stop, the wallpaper stays black all the time. when i install gapps nothing works the system starts but after entering the pin code everything stays black.

I had the same problem with mine, it was also showing black screen after flashing gapps
What I did was just flash the ROM without gapps then boot the phone and after using it for a while I did a dirty install of gapps (installation without data wipe). It worked for me I hope it will for you.
