Just found out, the way I was building is completely wrong. Soo circumventing jack server by increasing heap size is not recommended (and starting it before the build).
Probably why both the builds a curiously laggy and have some weird behavior...
Good thing I have an ok PC just don't have a 500gb hdd (just two small ssd)
Time to find a hdd and install linux on it

bought hdd and compiled the smoothest RR to date (comparing to my old builds)
Will build with magisk and update, current build is rootless
