The ROM downloads are taking forever. I have a 40Mbps connection, still it's been downloading the the past 7 hours.
Is there an alternative place to download the ROM?

CypherOS downloads are hosted on the server and there aren't any other mirrors. May be try after some time?

Flashing instructions:
1. reboot to recovery and wipe all drives excpet internal storage
2. Flash ROM, gapps (I prefer Opengapps) and SuperSu or Magisk
3. Reboot and profit!

Everything works except
1. Notification LED while charging
2. Alarms in included clock app - woraround - Remove/ disable default clock app and get one from play store

Thanks for the great ROM, nitin!!! I really, really love this! Everything works and feels like a pixel, and it's really smooth. Great for a five year old device. I am using beta 5.0.3, and I can confirm that this is stable enough for daily uses. Some settings crashes when I touch it(like battery light), but everything else is working as expected.
Again, thanks for the great Oreo ROM! I really appreciate that you support this device!

edit: i noticed, device is getting hot in normal use.
but this is so far the only 8.1 rom where mira cast is working flawless. good job, maybe helps to improve on other rom.

For me Miracast works fine on Unlegacy 8.1 as well!

I checked that it works correctly:
- calling,
- opening websites,
- downloading data,
- Total Commander 2.90 (Android 8 Oreo support).

What are the steps to flash it?
i tried to flash, it says This package is for device: mako: this device is .
i tried to download thrice zip, thinking might be it is corrupt, but says result everytime.

i am on TWRP 3.0.0.0
