Why not show videos and songs and images in the external storage card?
That was due to an ancient 3.0 kernel (now is half-fixed with a hacky permissions setting). Should be working in upcoming release.
p.s. Please use hide (
[ /hide]) tag if you're posting many pictures, so that nobody will need to scroll the page that long to get to the latter post.

Nice rom, pretty stable and fast.
Can't wait for fix of call bugs.
Gps also but not important.
Another problem is that sometimes it reboots (idk why as I've tested it only 2 hours).
Nothing more found.
I love it and it's incredible that a so old phone can get Android O!

Hey @ChronoMonochrome.
Can you please take a look on your telegram account I've send you a message.
I'm a n7100 dev trying to make Oreo for a month allready and it's getting stuck in a bootloop
Didn't yet had a time to check it out, will check soon.
If you have boot logs, you can post them here.

Another problem is that sometimes it reboots (idk why as I've tested it only 2 hours).
When reporting reboots, please produce log below as follows
(using adb or terminal)
Code:
su
cat /proc/last_kmsg > /sdcard/last_kmsg.txt
and attach in this thread.

If reporting another issues
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)

It's not rebooting. It's just playing the bootanimation forever.
This is what I think it's the problem
Code:
[FSCK] Unreachable nat entries [Ok..] [0x0]
[FSCK] SIT valid block bitmap checking [Ok..]
[FSCK] Hard link checking for regular file [Ok..] [0x0]
[FSCK] valid_block_count matching with CP [Ok..] [0x9]
[FSCK] valid_node_count matcing with CP (de lookup) [Ok..] [0x4]
[FSCK] valid_node_count matcing with CP (nat lookup) [Ok..] [0x4]
[FSCK] valid_inode_count matched with CP [Ok..] [0x3]
[FSCK] free segment_count matched with CP [Ok..] [0x24]
[FSCK] next block offset is free [Ok..]
[FSCK] fixing SIT types
[FSCK] other corrupted bugs [Fail]
That's what I get at the end of the build when it's making the images (cache and userdata)

In this case if you can't get to adb, you can use init.d script like below:
Code:
#!/system/bin/sh

sleep 60 && logcat > /data/local/logcat.txt &
Make sure to set SELinux to permissive and give 0755 permissions to this script. Also checking /data/tombstones logs might be useful.

Going to try the script in a few minutes

I've set selinux in kernel with this
CONFIG_CMDLINE="console=ttySAC2,115200 consoleblank=0 androidboot.hardware=smdk4x12 androidboot.selinux=permissive"

what's not working for me:
*robotic voice during calls
*netflix apk not working
Using MK6 baseband? Else you'll have robotic voice. You need the "MK6" baseband.

Hi!

If you have robotic voice issues after the 20161224 nightly, flash the I9300XXUGMK6 modem - you can download it from here (md5sum: 336ff293e6afae9e80ff68eef2212729). The next nightly will have the wideband hack reverted, so moving forward you'll need this modem (while others may work, XXUGMK6 is the modem I have, so it's easier for me to reproduce bugs).

Just before the installation instructions, remember: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING YOU DO TO YOUR DEVICE. DON'T COME CRYING TO ME IF YOU BRICK YOUR DEVICE OR LOSE YOUR EFS!

To install the modem:
Copy the .bin file to your phone
Make sure you have an EFS backup (you can use TWRP's backup interface to do an EFS backup)
Run the following command, correcting the location of I9300XXUGMK6.bin It should output this:
If the first part doesn't match EXACTLY, redownload and re-push the file. DO NOT proceed any further, you run the risk of bricking your device.
Reboot
Here is a guide by @forkbomb444. Try it :)

I'm gonna get log ASAP when I'll have some time (really interested in this project success).
Any suggestions on how to do it without PC?
Maybe some apps or similar things?
Will the command work on a terminal emulator app?

And I 'd like to add another thing:
I walked into my room, the phone was powered off.
After some time, it booted without pressing any key... Like programmed boot on Huawei.

EDIT
Sorry but I didn't noticed the update.
Gonna check if the problem is still here or not.
