I got it working. At first I changed the fingerprint of the device with the MagiskHide Props Config module. After that I did the SQlite change.

Before that I tried it only with the SQlite change, didn't work. After changing the device fingerprint I had to do the SQlite change again.

I'm running the 09/24/19 build on my global 9t Pro and am experiencing the fingerprint sensor issues, too. It's very unreliable and causes screen flashes all the time. And I have to wake up the screen first to use it. That's a major annoyance.

I'm having the very same problem. Did you find a solution to this? I'm currently thinking formatting data and re-flashing firmware. But honestly I don't think it's gonna help.

Is this rom fully useable? No major bugs?

What are the most common bugs and do they affect the normal usage of the phone?

Does camera fully work?

Cheers! :)

Yes, no.
Maybe gpay, no.
Yes, anxcamera for stock miui cam or gcam mods.

BUT this rom (LOS16) is no more under development. There is a stable LOS17 rom for indian and chinese (k20pro) devices. In a week or two we hopefully get fw/vendor for global (eea) devices when miui11 starts rolling out for mi9t pro.

Thanks a lot, I'll wait to see if MIUI 11 is any better than 10, and then I'll wait a bit for LOS17 to become fully stable.

@ps_minky16 ... any chance to bake another LOS 16 image including the November 2019 security updates?

Kind regards, mistersixt.

Sir even i am waiting for November Security Patches. It will definitely be up the day it gets merged in los16 repo.

In the meantime i am trying to boot AEX Extended Pie for you guys.
Right now there is a progress that it boots but with several bugs. Fod and camera being the one.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 9 (pie), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review.
