Announcement:
I'm not the developer of the ROM. I just share this ROM with everyone. If you have some questions, you can reply this thread and discuss it.

Known issues:
Double tap to wake, Magnetic cover lock and unlock is disabled.
There is a security alert when you boot or reboot the device, but you can use the device normally.
Some status bar setting is not work, network traffic/clock position etc.
Theme in settings is not work, you can use the substratum app.
Status bar display dislocation when in Horizontal screen.

Notice:
I suggest you flash the Mokee before you flash this ROM to make sure you are in full Treble.
If you flash this under MIUI and meet problems, you shold be responsible for any consequences by yourself.

Instructions:

• Update your twrp
• Download the ROM and GAPPS
• Reboot to your recovery
• Clean your data and cache
• Flash image mirror:
• 1.system 2.vendor 3.boot
• Flash the GAPPS(if you need it)
• Reboot and enjoy

Solutions to some known problems:

A:Flash Magisk.
Q:How to change accent color?
A:Root and use substratum app.
Q:Lockscreen rotation force Vertical?
A:Add the following line to your build.prop file:

lockscreen.rot_override=true

They mentioned the plus model which does have but it'll probably never work on custom rooms just like dt2w unless xiaomi release the source code which they probably wouldn't since the device has been out for months now and they haven't bothered.

Is MIUI for pad 4 not full treble compatible ? Where can I read about it more ?

My USB C headphones are not detected when I plug them in. I think it has to do with USB DAC not being enabled on this ROM. Does anyone know how to fix this?
