After dirty flashing the new build, fingerprint auth is gone completely. Anyone else having the same issue?

I had a problem with it with clean install before. It worked for lockscreen but didn't in other apps for some reason.
Edit: Tried the newest build with clean install and everything works now (even on apps that it didn't before).

The only issue that I have with this rom is that occasionally it disables the use of the fingerprint. A reboot solves it (haven't tried waiting for a while).

Weird. I don't have that issue. Fingerprint scanner working normally for me. Maybe you have a hardware problem. Did you try clean install?

With this final build I've problem with fingerprint hardware sometimes not available too. Never have it before and only reboot solves it. I'm sure is not an hardware problem and tried clean install but doesn't change a thing. I think some of the latest modification made it worse.
Mind you not a super big problem, for me at least, just a nuisance.

I have a rather rare problem with the audio controls. When I completely mute the audio by lowering the volume via the buttons or by sliding down the volume slider. It does not mute the sound even though UI shows that it is muted. When it happened, I tried to mute it by unmuting and muting it by tapping little musical note icon under the slider it doesn't work as well. I still can hear the audio of the video. Turning the volume up significiantly via the buttons then down again fixes it. I have encountered it twice in 4 days. Not that big of an issiue, but worth reporting. Thanks for the ROM Chippa. I really do appreciate your work.

Latest ROM has issues with key presses during a call, e.g. when having to enter a selection number, you have to sneak with the finger from the side of the display and quickly press the number, otherwise the screen turns black. It seems to have to do something with the proximity sensor maybe.

I'm also having this issue when a call is active, the screen blanks out making it difficult to use the screen.

AS long AS it is unlocked that shouldnt be a problem (bootloader unlocked)

Device your (bootloader unlocked) and install twrp, download rom, save it storage, press power + volume down boot twrp wipe cache davik cache data system, choose LineageOS 16.xxx.zip from storage flash it, not wipe storage partition

Not with this ROM that use kernel 3.10. It's a known issue with 4.9 kernel but this Los 16 hasn't it, or at least never had or heard of it.

finally switched to this rom as i get everything to work. But now i noticed the proximity sensor does not work correctly. The sensor can only see "far" or "near" static but both work like "near". It can't measure it by itself, so everything related to audio (except videos, music) ends with an unresponsive darkened screen. Everything goes back to normal as soon as it stops

I face this issue whenever I go back to the stock xperia ROM. I still don't know what cause this problem.

For the fingerprint scanner issue - go to etc/firmware and rename to .bak/remove (former is more "safe") tzwidevine files...

There should be 5 of them:
- tzwidevine.b00
- tzwidevine.b01
- tzwidevine.b02
- tzwidevine.b03
- tzwidevine.mdt

After that, reboot device - before doing this, fingerprint scanner stopped working after 1 or 2 days - currently it's working whole week without any issues.

This also fixed issue with playing videos like black screen in YT app (OMX.qcom.video.decoder.avc error)
