How to root this? I already enable adb/app in developers settings. I tried flashing flashable root zips for lineage 16 too. But nothing works.

Hi, I got two questions regarding this ROM which came after after dailying it on my Xperia X for two to three weeks now.
1. Is there any way to make a Gcam mod work? Camera2 Probe show "FULL" hardware support level, though when running AOSP9 on this device it showed "LEVEL_3" and Gcam work perfectly on that. So is there a Gcam that work with just "FULL" hardware support level or is there any way to elevate it to "LEVEL_3"?

2. I sometimes experience a black screen when opening an app or switching between apps, which can even be just the Android settings. In need to turn on auto-rotate and rotate the phone into landscape once to make the app show up. Is that a known issue & is there a solution to it?

Everything else seems to run really well with this ROM, so kudos for that!

Hi,
I had GPS working perfectly fine using this ROM on my Xperia X but now it can't find my location. Is there anyway to kind of reset it, like is there a GPS cache or something like that? Thanks!

Had the same experience. After freshly flashing the ROM, I assume the ROM uses cached data from the previous ROM. This one then gets reset and the new ROM (LOS) is not able to rebuild it or something like that. It is super hard to find exact information about this topic. What I know though is that the GPS problem is a kernel specific problem that is widely known throughout the developers (you can look that up on Github, there was a thread about it but I forgot its name) and that in the long run you'll have to live with poor/lazy GPS performance on every costum ROM there is for the X Compact (at least I tried LOS 16 and AOSP 10 and 11 Treble, they all had problems with GPS).

Install global positioning system fix magisk module
Restart your phone
Install gps status and toolbox from play store
Then reset gps state
After that download gps state
I fixed it with this way

    The new build is available!

It was decided to release another final build.
The main reason for this was to solve an issue with the fingerprint scanner, when it could become unavailable after a while.
As a bonus, this build also includes July security patches.
