Yes. Using this rom for 2 months. Working perfectly on my wifi only tab 3 8 plus.

It works on the WiFi version of Tab 3 8 Plus, not on Tab 3 8.

Which version of TWRP ? You have to use the version 3.2.1 (the build with special function Sign boot).

Thanks for the great work. Thais made my tablet an overall best (and faster) device. There's only one issue... I sometimes use the device as music player, with Spotify or Plex and a Bluetooth speaker. The thing is after some minutes WiFi will turn itself off and music play will stop. There's no "wifi always on option", as in previous Android versions. Is there a workaround for that?

Hi! First of all I'd like to thank you for this lineage version!

I try to install it following the steps of this tutorial: [TWRP][Root][Guide] Lenovo P8 (TB-8703F and TB-8703X)
And using the files of this [ROM][UNOFFICIAL][9.0][tb8703f/x/r/n] LineageOS 16.0 for Lenovo TAB 3 8 plus P8 post, but my tablet always get stuck in the lineage os logo after the installing and get back to the TWRP screen. How to solve this problem?

I'm using and my tablet is a LENOVO_P8(8703F)

The full wipe the tablet (dalvik, cache, system, data and even storage, if possible)
Flash zip (lineage is and gapps) and sign boot
Reboot

I have a problem after installing this rom, my wifi and bt in my TB-8703F do not work. I also tried the older version of rom (Lineage 15.1) and also there was wifi and bt. What am I doing wrong?

OK it's working! (Lineage 16)
I went back to the factory rom TB-8703F_USR_S034_18109_Q1241_ROW and once again installed TWRP and Lineage and wifi and bt started working!!!

I'm experiencing some difficulties on casting to Chromecast. Lineage is not able to find the device (wich is working).
I noticed that neither the operation system, Netflix 3.16.6 build 5382 or Stremio 1.2.21 ARM64 are working, but VLC works perfectly.

When running netflix a popup with the following message appears:

com.netflix.mediaclient.NetflixApplication relies on Google Play services, wich is not supported by your device. Contact the manufacturer for assistance

Can you, please, help me?

I've figured out what happened on my device. I was trying to cast from it to a Chromecast but if you have only a microg installed is not possible to do it needing at least a pico opengapps to make it work. I hope it helps someone with the same issue!

Hi. This ROM saved my tablet from the bin. I have only one issue: I use this tablet connected to a Bluetooth speaker when I am cooking, to listen to music on Spotify. After 15 minutes or so, the playback will stop because WiFi disconnects. When I use the command:

adb shell settings get global wifi_sleep_policy

It returns the value 2, which means (I Think) that WiFi is supposed to be always on.

I also installed LeanDroid and unchecked all squares under "Disable/Switch"

Dows anyone know what I should do? The tablet didn't behave like that on stock ROM, but it was garbage (battery draining, sluggish etc.)

Did you try to disable battery optimization for Spotify? I had the same problem (on several devices) and this was the solution for me.
