This, after read the whole thread, it makes newcomers to flashing a lot more clear what to expect and what not to expect, and avoid disappointment after flashing.

I know you developed a very clean basic Lineage, but I read some have higher expectations, maybe caused by not reading well, or, caused by the lack of info like such a working/not working list?

I tried this rom a while back. The battery life and everything is alright but there are a few things that are not working correctly
Here's the list of things that's not working properly -
Fingerprint sensor.
Bluetooth audio.
Proximity sensor during calls.
Also the sound level is too low when compared to stock based roms.

I am not sure if this is an issue with the device itself or the rom/recovery used.

I had successfully installed this ROM on my A715F/DS. Not long after installing it, I had rebooted the phone to go into recovery and install a package I knew was compatible with my device, after doing so I chose to reboot the device, at which it shut down and never turned on again. No matter what key combination I try, the device does not vibrate, display anything or play any sound. And the phone does not charge either.

Have you tried flashing any kernels?

Thanks for bringing my favorite ROM to A71F/DS. Quick question: I noticed you mentioned that the kernel source was updated to BUC1. Can I still flash this over BUB5 firmware?

Hey, does this rom still work? I have held off on installing the update released on the 18th. Could I install it?

Had this ROM on my phone for a good 6 months now, and just wanna really say thanks to the dev for creating such a stable and well-rounded ROM.

Kinda sad to see that it appears to be dead, as missing out on security patches kinda worries me, and would've been nice to have a working FOD too.

But really, thanks faizauthar12 for this ROM. Hope it's going okay over there you and I know many people would be grateful to see you here again

    LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 11, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community.     Instructions:
    1. Download ROM
    2. Flash it using custom recovery (using Lineage Recovery preferred)
    3. Format / wipe your data.
    4. Reboot
    Known Issues :

    Note :
    • VoLTE, IMS, and other samsung specific stock rom features wont be ported or fixed.

    • Make sure the bug you want to report isn't already known
    • DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
    • Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
    • If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
    • If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
    • Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.

    Try installing an other camera app. I had to wipe an extra time after installing gapps. Now everything is working. Only fod is not working......

    i tried all day to install this room, but its not working.
    1 - installed twrp BUB5 via odin
    2 - flashed the rom and then wiped all cache/data/internal storage
    3 - flashed gapps and wiped again

    then my phone stucked in a boot loop :/

    if u guys, please, show the steps that u did to make this rom usable, share with us!
