Note : Nano Gapps are recommended for Vanilla build.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Vanilla build:
1) Backup Everything (Most Important);
2) Download ROM, Gapps, Magisk;
3) Reboot to Recovery (Batik Recovery is recommended);
4) Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache;
5) Flash - ROM, Gapps, Magisk;
6) Once done, wipe the cache;
7) Reboot to System.

GApps build:
1) Backup Everything (Most Important);
2) Download ROM, Magisk;
3) Reboot to Recovery (Batik Recovery is recommended);
4) Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache;
5) Flash - ROM, Magisk;
6) Once done, wipe the cache;
7) Reboot to System.

D2TW doesn't seem to work, and no advanced power menu even though on reboot it asks for confirmation to go to settings.

I didn't test DT2W. Can you try to use a kernel, which @dungphp uploaded a few days ago?

Flashed and booted fine - no D2TW - have made sure to have the option enabled ! Has worked on your other ROMS.

Advanced reboot is available on this ROM. You just need to check the ROM settings carefully. Please take a look at the last screenshot in the first post

I just checked DT2W and it works after activation in KernelAdiutor: Wake => Double Tap2Wake => Enabled. So, you can use this way.
