i installed this ROM via TWRP, after cleaning everything system/cache/delvik/ e.t.c. but after the installation when i reboot the phone, it tried to load and then rebooted back into recovery automatically. did i do something wrong? my apologies I am new to trying these things.

Are you decrypted? Try flashing the no_veryty at the end

Did you wipe vendor aswell?

and flash in this order:
1: ROM
2: Gapps
3: No verity zip (use this one as I had a couple that I tried with crdroid that didnt work) https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=5862345805528062047
4: Magisk

Im decrypted and this is exactly the procedure that I followed and i had no problems

i have tried exactly the same steps, now the screen went black after the reboot. nothing to display after oneplus logo screen. just a persistent blue notification light.

edit: yes i did wipe vendor as well.
