Can get bluetooth to pair way my handset (headset). Would like to use it with the magic jack app but my v-tech phone has problems pairing to the Ouya. Is the ouya device class not set to a phone device?

If so is there a way to change it? Under Setting>Bluetooth there is a little computer Icon next to Ouya. I think that is why it won't connect.

anybody figure out the playback issue yet? i managed to make it go really slow by taking a shotgun to system/etc. i replaced all the .xml files that said media or audio with ones from a nexus 7 cm10. gonna swap them back one at a time to find the right one... this i think is the only issue remaining for me.

Well I got nowhere with that. We really need a real Dev for this to get fixed. I just screwed up my ouya possibly for good so I'm not gonna keep working on it. I didn't get anywhere with audio_policy.so except that without it everything sounds really slow including Netflix. Changing the values does nothing. Netflix seems to normally play correctly though can't figure out why.

Well, now that Netflix is working with this rom, I've found another problem...

Apparently the new version of the Xfinity Player app, called Xfinity TV Go, works on the Ouya! But when I try it with this rom, I get a black screen when the video should play (similar to the old Netflix problem).

Has anyone has any luck with Xfinity TV Go?

What about Ethernet ? Does it still require some script tinkering or does it work out of the box ?

Oh yeah, this app, Ethernet Droid, works well in place of a script for enabling Ethernet.

But back to my current problem: any luck with the new Xfinity TV Go?

Tried this but kept getting some ro. build.prop something error, was really hoping to flash this so I could then have access to the Ouya Store and Launcher instead of using and being stuck with Stock Ouya.

I just came from KK and couldn't get Ouya app's to install, hrmmmm MAYBE CAUSE IT'S KK!!!

So @jeffhoe how do ya get Ouya Store/Launcher/Framework working on CM11 KK? C'mon now don't leave yet, you came here with the ohh so great news that KK is out so you must now know more than me.

Do ya see why I tried switching to CM10, official Stock Ouya is based on JB 4.1.2 CM10 is based on JB 4.1.2.

So again how do I fix this buid.prop ro. something another so it'll successfully install and boot.

YES! I know about CM11 KK, NO! IDC or GAF about that, I wanna try and get Ouya sys app's to working, so need a 4.1.2 JB build not a KK 4.4.2 build.

Asking the same question in every thread, and in general being a douche does not get you any magic answers all of the sudden. You can always try the official Ouya forums - http://forums.ouya.tv/ - but in general it seems if you want to use the Ouya store, use a stock ROM, if you want CM10 or CM11, then use CM10 or CM11. Besides the CM11 nightlies and people trying to unbrick their systems, these forums are basically dead.

I didn't ask said below question in different multiple threads, as you are accusing me of. If you'd have read some threads I asked where did the development go as it seemed to have just dewindled and died down to a couple halt, or mentioned some of these rom's being useless because of the forced OTA once ya get internet connection. So thanks for assuming I did cause now ya made a ass out of u and me. LoL!

Damn skippy I have a right to be crude and harsh especially when someone tries helping me by not helping one bit. Till me how is said CM11 KK one bit helpful to me, tell me does it look like they didn't read my question at all. Yup. So I snapped back, certainly I'm frustrated so my replies might be colder than usual.

It sucks ass that this lil device seems to have just completely died...

I've got to be honest, your second paragraph is pretty hard to understand. Now, it might not be the answer you're looking for, but when you ask about something in a 2 month-dead thread, about an abandoned ROM, and someone says that there is a newer version, they aren't "helping by not helping."

And, okay, you got me, you don't ask the exact same question with the exact same words...but you're really asking the same question. It's a free country, you can do what you want, but it's just not going to help you at all. It's obvious that these forums have been essentially a ghost town for months (many, many months).

Yea helping by not helping I just meant surely they thought or were trying to be helpful by suggesting I go over to CM11KK but as previously stated I was already there coming from that, since I apparently think the Android version differences were what was causing Ouya System App's to fc and not run properly since it isn't JB.

I'd love to get this version going, right now I'm back at stock again, until. LoL

Really do hope IncognitoMan pushes out one last StockPlus Patch or maybe something bigger up his sleeve like a somewhat universal Patch that would work on mostly all upcoming releases. LoL! Wishful thinking on that last part.

I just got my Ouya in the beginning of May on clearance and it seems it's already a dead/dying product even as far as custom rom development goes.

Anyone using this and happy with it?

I'm using CM11 but the Bluetooth issues with controllers is pissing me off so I'm deciding between this and stock. Thanks!
