CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Known Issues

• FM Radio does not support
• Video Recorder not working ( may work with another camera app)
• Youtube freezing about 40 seconds
• Install Aplication take longer about 5 ~10 minutes ( may be due to our old chipset devices)
• Cacullator, Mms ..vv not suite for our small screen

In lollipop, app installation takes a bit longer in every device based on old chips (or 32 bit). I dont think you can do anything about that. You can remove it from known issues, just my suggestion.

I Found some workarounds for problems that isn't solved yet:

1. Camera not record videos (Alternative camera apps that do):

MX Camera
Open Camera

2. Can't play local video files (Alternative video player app that do):

HD Video player (unfortunately have some ads)

3. Can't play YouTube app videos:

Access YouTube via browser
