Does anybody know what could make navigational bar goes like this in full screen ?

Apparently it's because some part of the system got broken or stopped working. Simple reboot do the trick.

the OP says newest update is today but the download link still shows the old version from the 19th. Guess I'll have to wait and see what the update brings.

There won't be any updates for CM12.1 itself or just for this phone? Either way, it seems to be running fairly great. I haven't really encountered any issues that would make me switch back to stock. So thank you for your hard work. It means a lot to this community. Our phone finally has new life.

Most obvious response would be to check your WiFi Advanced settings. Do you have it set to Never for Keep WiFi on during sleep? Go to the WiFi settings, click the 3 menu dots in the top right, click Advanced, look at the 3rd option for Keep WiFi on during sleep, and select Never. See if your problem persists.

I set it on never previous writting this post.. Precisely I would say it is inconsistent.

So here is my experience with the 1019 build, I've installed it on my 6045Y:
After installing, it didn't boot for the first time. I've waited for about 10 minutes, but it got stuck on the CM logo animation.
For the second try, it booted successfully, I've managed to get through the first-time wizard, it even listed my wifi networks. After that, I've got into the settings app, looked around for about two minutes, then it rebooted.
Every other boot attempt failed, the phone got to the "Starting apps..." screen (which is weird because it's not usually part of the boot sequence) and rebooted right after that.

It was impossible to grab any kind of logs from the device....

What apps with usage access do for Google play services and package installer ? Should I enable them or disable? Found something on Google but it wasn't that clear..

I haven't found any other problems just that everytime i reboot i get the error message saying unfortunately settings stopped and the animation when i clear apps still hangs othrr then that its great MMS works for cricket i fixed the APN settings

Hopefully error reporting will help out in your development of 13.0, so here goes. A new recent problem I've found is after installing "Google" to use its voice feature, every time I try to go into "Language & Input" to set it to be used, I get the "settings have stopped" error. Luckily I was still able to enable it by opening Google directly and using its options.

Flash System, Flash gapps, wipe data, dalvik and cache. Boot and let the rom settle. Afterward you can flash any additional packages. It's worked fine for at least one 6045K user so it can be done.

Trough adb or twrp(by petrov). I followed this instruction to wipe system cache and dalvik and then tp flash rom and gapps but it same bootloop on startup wizard

If you pay for shipping (whatever USPS flate rate box is. $7?) I'll send you my device. Its just sitting here. Will probably never get used again since I bought a Nexus 6.
