No, those are different phones. This is for Alcatel idol 3 5.5 version. You have the Alcatel 4060A/ideal.

Installation
1.) You must have twrp installed follow this guide here
2.) Download the ROM and Gapps and place them on internal or external storage (depending on your model you may only have internal storage)
3.) In TWRP navigate to "Wipe" and wipe cache, data, and dalvik
4.) In TWRP navigate to "Install" find the location of the downloaded zips and proceed with installation
5.) Once both ROM and Gapps have been successfully flashed reboot system and wait for the device to boot

I used this kernel its amazing too much fast no bugs found but first time boot i faced problem every thing stopped working but i did factory reset witch is recommended aftet installing the rom with Gapps, i did it throw twrp 2.8.7.0 . then i had very nice experience . but i faced issue witch is battery draining . even after going to privacy guard then to Google play services, and disabling location ,stay awake , wake up . but ya it became much better but still draining battery quickly .any help it will be appreciated.
my phone is alcatel idol 3 5.5 6045K dual sim

It is known that cm drains battery quicker and also heat up a little more the phone. Also it doesn't make sense for you to be on the 3-4y old system when the devs took their time to make 7.1.2 available. Try that!
