found some more.. bugs.. correct me if i'm wrong, but as fas as today's latest nightly update, File Manager still not working, Trebuchet launcher forces closing and not working, Clock widget not loading weather, drag menu not loading weather as well, still can't find a way to add my Cyanogen account to the Accounts menu and last I can't pick the Bell (regular profile) at the Power Button Menu.
Don't know if it's just me or not, I hope later NIGHTLY updates will fix everything.

IMHO most of this issues is not related to nighty, specially for the one of 1/26, have you cleaned your cash and davlink? Give it a try first and see if it solve these prob, If not reset your device, last option reflash the rom. This is my opinion only, maybe someone has a better option.
There is no optical difference to cm12. it's just Android 6.01 called Marshmallow or cm13. It should be bettter on battery usage. What it really is in my opinion. Try yourself?
Just flashed cm-13.0-20160127-NIGHTLY-ham.zip over cm-13.0-20160122-NIGHTLY-ham.zip, only wiped the cache.
Recovery is still:

Feels very fluid and quick. No errors found yet, except double tap wake, which I don't care.
I report errors, if I find some.

This really sounds like a dirty config.
I verified all your problems don't exist in nightly from 1/27 .
Only thing I didn't test is the CM account....
Battery life of 1/27 is also very good, better than 12.1 CM Roms.

I tried everything with Breadcust's twrp (update-5) to install cm13 but nothing. With cm12.1 it works like a charm.
I've done all wipes, flashed three different nightlies.. Stuck in reboot.
How did you make it works?
I was on cos 12.1. I've just flashed twrp in fastboot, factory reset, and flashed cm13 and open gapps. Everything went smooth without a single problem

If you are using TWRP:
Advance Wipe > Wipe cache, data, system, dalvik partitions.
Select ZIP file of your ROM and flash it.
You will get E:Error executing updater binary in zip (Don’t panic!)
Go to Reboot menu > Select Reboot to recovery.
After rebooting in recovery, flash the ZIP file of the ROM again WITHOUT WIPING.
Need to be caution, wipe data and system means the existing zip and any data files will be deleted, it'll need to be re-copied again, so make sure to backup your important files if you'll use this approach.
Clean install yesterday, apart from double tap to wake it works just fine!
One strange problem though: I have Threema and Telegram messengers installed. Both only work over wifi and don't send or receive anything over mobile connections. Mobile data works for everything else. Checked permissions, everything should work.
Would greatly appreciate a solution to this!

Did you restore a backup..? I don't know threema, but when i have problems like this in telegram it's always a backup related problem. Maybe reinstall telegram without restore its data could help.

I had Breadcrust TWRP 2.8.7.0 and CM 12.1
I have delete the Dalvik cache, cache , system and change to CM 13.
Internal Storage and Data I have not deleted and the system is running well
But the fingerprint sensor does not always respond as desired, and sometimes the display turned on and he wants the PIN.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem ?

Thanks, but already tried that: another clean install of CM and then Telegram via Google Play. Same problem.
Edit: Got it! Was an APN issue.

Fingerprint doesn't work while screen is off on today's Nightly Build 30-01-2016

This way you will delete all data of your phone with the exception of recovery .
1. Copy your photos, music and other files what you want to the pc.
2. If use Titanium Backup, copy all users apk and move the Titanium folder to your pc.
3. Reboot in recovery (TRWP) and into the Advanced Wipe, mark Dalvik Cache, System, Cache, Data and Internal Storage and Swipe to Wipe.
3. In the recovery, make Format Data and write "yes".
4. Connect your phone to the pc and paste the zip of the rom and the gapps and flash rom and gassp. Then reboot system.
5. Restore apk+data from Titanium (move the folder with your copy of the pc to the internal storage)
6. Move the folders of your pc to the internal storage.
A part here can exceed , but I've done it and it works perfectly well.
