is anyone experiencing Huge battery drain issue in less than 24 hours suddenly after May nightlies ?
Mind that I have kept brightness to DIm, 2g mode only without WIFI ,gprs and GPS

well...if i used my legend as you described it, the battery would last at least 5 days...also running latest nightly
is link2sd causing battery issues????
I have installed about 150 huge in size applications courtesy "link2sd"...
personally i haven't used link2sd...i only used CM7 built in "move to sd"
but if you have 150 apps, that might be causing the drain because some apps tend to work in the background....
my advice: do nandroid backup,wipe all partitions and flash fresh cm7.2 nightly...test it for a few days and see if it helped...if it made no difference, then restore your backup.....if it did, either try restoring your current rom and removing some of those apps OR stay on fresh installation and start customizing it all over again...just try not to install 150 apps
RC1 did have a battery drain issue, use RC2 or one of the nightlies

Try http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=15869868 to find the cause for your drain. I use the latest ROMs from here and don't have a general battery problem. Happy hunting...

I found a bug for the HTC Legend, this is a CM7 release and not a CM9.

GPS issue

Not sure if anyone has noticed this occur to them, on my HTC Legend the GPS appears to get "disabled" after about 48 hours. My "Fix" for this has been to disable and enable the GPS.
This never occurred on my Stock ROM but I've noticed this on CyanogenMod 7.2 RC2 (24th May, 2012) & CyanogenMod 7.1 Official.
I can't confirm if this is a time related thing or not, but I checked my phone's uptime when it last occurred. I've just noticed when I use a program which needs GPS (and it looks enabled) but there is not a GPS icon flashing to get a satellite fix, if I disable and then re-enable the GPS, it starts working again.

I am facing a serious problem on my legend since few weeks. While unlocking the device, the touch function doesn't work properly. If I try to open any app or pressing any key on keyboard, it opens a different app or insert letters which are right side of the keyboard.
The only good part is the hard keys and track ball work appropriately.
It occurs in all the ROMs. I can't figure it out is any app causing this issue.
Anyone of the legend users have faced the same issue?
Please suggest how to get rid of this. Thanks.

Repair you touchscreen in service center. It's more likely hardware problem.

Everything's working fine on mine. I did a full reinstall, erasing dalvik cache and all.With this RC3 doesn't work "Home" button on my Legend!!!
I did wipe data, wipe cache & dalvik cache for 3 times each other!!! Re-unstall severall times - the same don/t work "home"-button
