Use MIUI 12.0.10 Global as your base firmware, that should do it. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth bugs on ROMs occur when using foreign firmware versions, or using the latest MIUI 12.0.18 firmware, which is not recommended.

what do you mean? you flash the firmware on xiaomi flash tool in fastboot state

I mean that I can't find DOTOS working link.
Also I don't know how to perform firmware flashing in fastboot state on xiaomi flash tool....

DotOS is stuck on the bootlogo, im on 9C NFC, so add it to description that it does not work on angelican.
Nope, it should work. 9C and 9C NFC is identical. Try flashing stock recovery and perform a factory reset.
