Hello Everyone:
I have downloaded the 3-31-2021 image from here: https://images.stricted.net/test/18.1/lineage-18.1-20210331-UNOFFICIAL-dreamlte.zip
No issues really, started from Official Android 9 from Samsung, and used heimdall to flash the latest TWRP recovery. Then, with TWRP recovery, flashed the above ROM.

No major issues so far, however, the recovery partition now has Lineage OS Recovery. If I flash back TWRP, either twrp-3.5.0_9-0-dreamlte.img or twrp-3.5.1_9-0-dreamlte.img, it works for the first time, however as soon as I boot into system, the recovery partition gets overwritten with Lineage Recovery, therefore when booting back to recovery, TWRP is not there anymore and Lineage recovery is back... Is this normal behaviour or just made by design? Otherwise, please point me to the right way to leave a permanent TWRP recovery in the partition. Your answer will be appreciated. In any case, THANK-YOU for a great ROM!

Hello Everyone again:
I was trying to root the ROM, and tried different methods, the only one that gave the expected result was Magisk-v22-0.zip, using Lineage Recovery. I downloaded it from https://magisk.me/zip/ . It run the script, and placed the apk, when booted into system, installed BusyBox. Now it's rooted.

When flashing the rom first time you get a choice to install or not install lineage recovery, you should not select it. Maybe reflash and make sure you take note when it gets to this section when installing

While installing lineage just untick the option of update recovery then your twrp will not get overwritten

Hello, Everyone:
Is there an approximate ETA for the next release? I understand there are some bugs, like the back camera, movie function, etc... Nothing really that bothers a lot, however always looking to improve. In any case, thank-you for a great ROM!

Promoting other ROMs (Sakura) and asking for an ETA are considered rude behaviour - not only on xda. Just mentioning.

Don't ask for ETA's please.

You can find updates here, I don't know the changelogs though.

This is the first time that it asks me for a password immediately after installation and restart
Previous password - I entered the Google account password and even the SIM card PIN password, and each time after it showed the option to delete all items
If clicked
Automatic restart to recovery
And restart
And again, this cycle continues from the beginning
I had to install the original ROM by software

I asked this problem in the Telegram group lineageos
And surprisingly instead of guiding
And troubleshooting
Block me
Thank you for all the support and encouragement
Very unpleasant experience
It's a shame

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 10 (Q), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

    Bugs :
    • Screen Cast
    • Selinux permissive

    Instructions :
    • Download the latest build and gapps
    • Reboot to recovery
    • Flash the latest build and gapps
    • Reboot

    Downloads :

    Reporting Bugs
    • DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
    • Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
    • If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
    • If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log

Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.
