CyanogenMod 10.2 is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.3.1 (JellyBean), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Notes :
DUAL SIM IS NOT SUPPORTED (not even 1 SIM) because CM10.2 doesn't have 2 SIM framework.
I am not supporting any other kernels than the one provided.

BUG REPORTS WITHOUT LOGCAT/DMESG OR WITHOUT CLEAN FLASH OR WITHOUT KERNEL PROVIDED WILL BE IGNORED.
DO NOT HOLD FLASHLIGHT FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES AND AFTER THAT LEAVE IT COOL DOWN UNTIL YOU POWER IT AGAIN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Instructions for flashing:

VERY IMPORTANT!!! After the first boot is completed, reboot the device once and go to Settings->More and disable NFC or you will have battery drain!
On Setup Wizard, "Bluetooth Share" will crash. Just press OK and ignore that. All is OK.


If you upgrade to another CM version or you are coming from another ROM:

- Make sure you run CWM or TWRP recovery (latest versions). Follow instructions in the specific threads on XDA
- Make a full wipe (/system, /data, /cache, /dalvik-cache, internal storage) -> VERY IMPORTANT
- Download the zip you want to flash
- Download Gapps (if you want)
- Install the zip from recovery
- Install gapps (if you want)
- If you have NONFC variant or you don't want nfc flash the NFC Disable zip
- WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
- Enjoy

Known Issues:
Fm radio (this will not get fixed, don't ask about it, sorry)
On video recording if you are taking video begging with a frame that is not still you might get stuck. Better start still and with manual focus. If video gets stuck reboot device.
Sometimes when you turn GPS off it will GPSLocationService will keep device wakelocked (this is not a bug from our device but AOSP). If this happens and you lose battery. Reboot device.
Keyboard does not vibrate (CM source bug). Search another keyboard if you are bothered.
Mic gain will be weird because Lg used custom audio routing so the top one will have more gain so that means a little lower main mic sound

1. How to enable Developer Option?
Go to Settings->About phone->Build number->Tap on it 7 times.

2. How to enable USB Debugging?
After you enable Developer Option go to Settings->Developer options->Check USB debugging.

3. How to enable Reboot recovery from the reboot menu?
Go to Settings->Developer options->Check Advanced reboot.

4. How to disable Home key unlock (it is enabled by default)?
Go to Settings->Buttons->Uncheck Home button wake.

5. Do you want faster UI?
Go to Settings->Developer options->Scroll down to DRAWING->Set Transition animation scale and Animation duration scale and (Optional: Windows animation scale) to Animation scale .5x

There won't be a full working for P715 most likely (CM10 doesn't natively support dual sim). When all bugs will be fixed I will look into P715. Maybe I can make one ril work though (some people use it with only one ril). All the best.

Even so congratulations for your work, you should make it known more for people who have this smart phone by post to other pages . In Latin America or Europe have HTCMania and taringa , you could get an account on these pages and present your work .

I will do that when it is bug free ^.^. Need to fix RIL wi-fi and sound for this to be a daily driver. ^.^

I think the best time is now apart if you do now will have more error reporting your rom , so will become a perfect rom as quickly as possible

Sorry,i wrote something wrong)) But about this CM10 build,there must be a camera app somewhere in system(system/app or system/priv app or smth like this) - but i can't find where is it,maybe built-in in CM gallery or in trebuchet launcher.

Yeah Camera in cm10 at least is built-in in gallery ^.^.

thanks for this nice rom.I tested it, its fast but i cannot figure how to stop led blinking(i cannot disable it) and when you try to make o phonecall the microphone is not working only the loudspeaker..and i think that its overheating.and the data as you already wrote is not working.all the rest works perfect and made around 9900 benchmark antutu....if you fix these details it wil be the best rom for p710....

It is known issues. Mic sometimes activates sometimes not. Routing in audio is know. Overheating is due to cpu staying at max freq (I will fix that need to write in init.rc) and data not working (disable mobile data). It will get fixed. You can't stop led. It is known. I am just writing some lines to fix led atm and I am looking into audio. I thank you also for testing and for feedback. If you have any questions I am always here. All the best.
