I don't know how to clean flash..?
I just reflashed it and I wiped off internal storage too!.. and after that I was unhappy with that ROM because my device was not responding well so I switched to PIXEL EXPERIENCE.

Wiping everything except sdcard is clean flashing! And i guess unknowingly you did the same.
Like a friend above says, clean all except SD card (internal clean is optionally, but I recommend do this). After the process finished, wipe dalvik/cache again (a option go appears). Reboot. Enjoy the ROM.
I'm installing now, so I'll provide logs if it doesn't work.

Its been a while since I've used an Oreo based ROM on my harpia so I gotta ask: is encryption working yet? If so I'll probably move up to 15.1 very soon
I recently have problems answering calls. The phone rings, but there is no menu to decline or accept the call. Anyone else? I'm on the latestest build, but it also happened on the build before. A restart fixed it for me.
If it happens again get a logcat before you restart and send it here.
Go to a terminal emulator app and type "su", grant it root if you need to, then type "logcat > /sdcard/logcat.txt". Send the text file it makes here
Unfortunately, encryption does not work as of the last time I checked. I haven't been able to look into it due to the lack of time.
I did notice another issue with the new build unfortunately. The WiFi drops frequently and I'm not sure why. This happens both when connected to a VPN and not (if I recall correctly in older builds the WiFi issue was only when connected to a VPN). I'll get a dmesg and logcat attached on here so you can take a look:

Cisco Webex app crashes on this build, but not on others. So not a Lineage OS bug per se but....

You're saying it worked on previous builds of the same ROM, but the newest one broke it?
Also one more thing, are you rooted? An update to the app may have broken it if it detects root access
EDIT: got it to open fine on mine, latest build + latest Magisk + bleeding edge kernel. Haven't tried joining a call but it starts alright

I cannot login to my webex account but I can connect to URL from others. Normally it takes me to a SSO login page so I'm thinking it is a permissions or browser thing, trying to debug.
Edit: tried different device and same bug so its just a bug in Webex app or the service broke today.

So far, the ROM is great. I'm just experiencing considerable battery drain because, sometimes, some stupid "NETLINK" kernel wakelock kicks in and wakes the CPU hundreds of times a minute and does prevent it from entering Deep Sleep. This is fixed by a reboot. A logcat states "NetlinkListener: recvmsg failed (No buffer space available)", which is most likely the cause of it. Doesn't make it unusable though, but is pretty annoying so a fix would be appreciated
Since squid2 has said on the forum that he will be working on LOS 15.1/16, I am dropping Oreo development for Harpia. My other ROMs will continue to get updates based on squid's new sources. Thread will be closed soon.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 8.1 (Oreo), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

- Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
- If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
- If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
